HYDRO-LINK is a 400kV transmission project comprising a 720 mile (1,150kms) cross-border transmission line and five substations that will bring clean, renewable hydropower from Angola to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Once completed, it will be the longest alternating current 400kV transmission line in the world today.
